5.1.1
The laboratory is taking care
of the contributing factors that determine the correctness and reliability of
test / calibration result performed by the laboratory. These factors include
contributions from :
-
human factors;
-
accommodation and environmental
condition;
-
test and calibration method and
method validation;
-
equipment;
-
measurement traceability;
-
sampling;
-
the handling of test and
calibration items.
5.1.2
The laboratory takes note of
the extent to which these factors contribute to uncertainty of measurement for
different tests / calibration. The laboratory takes note of these factors in
developing test and calibration methods and procedures, in training and
qualification of personnel, and in selection and calibration of equipments it
uses.
