4.15.1    The executive management of the laboratory has documented and implemented procedure Quality Process to carry out management reviews of laboratory’s management system and testing / calibration activities at least once in a year to ensure their continuing suitability and effectiveness and to introduce necessary changes or improvements. The review takes account of :

-       the suitability of policies and procedures;

-       reports from managerial and supervisory personnel;

-       the outcome of recent internal audit;

-       corrective and preventive action;

-       assessment by external bodies;

-       the results of inter-laboratory comparison or proficiency testing;

-       changes in volume and type of work;

-       customer feedback;

-       other relevant factors like quality control activities, resources and staff training.

4.15.2    Management review meeting minutes shall be prepared as a record for the actions to be taken by whom and by what time. It will be recorded as per Quality Format.
