4.5.1     It is the policy of the laboratory for not sub contracting testing of samples to any outside laboratory. If there is a breakdown in any of the instrument or by any unforeseen reasons (e.g. workload, need for further expertise or temporary capacity) the laboratory is incapable of carrying out the analysis as per the Customer Test Request, laboratory communicates with the customer and makes a request to allot the work to some other competent laboratory for that temporary period until the laboratory becomes capable for carrying out analysis for that particular request.
