1. Quality Control (OSD)
Designation: Officer/Sr. Officer/Executive/Sr. Executive:Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 02 to 08 years
Desired Profile :
1. Able to perform sampling of raw-materials and packing materials within the specified time frame to support manufacturing activities.
2. Responsible for the analysis & documentation of Raw-materials, In-process and Finished products, stability & validation samples.
3. Responsible for the operation & calibration of balances in Sampling room & to maintain its record.
4. Responsible for receiving of samples and making entry in the respective sample inward register.
5. Responsible for the preparation, handling & management of working/reference standards.
6. Responsible for the preparation and standardization of volumetric solutions/reagents and to maintain related documents.
QUALITY CONTROL MICROBIOLOGY (OSD/Parenteral)
Designation: Officer/Sr. Officer/ExecutiveQualification: B.Sc/M.Sc (Microbiology)
Experience: 02 to 05 years
Desired Profile :1. Able to perform sampling and analysis of water (Chemical and Microbiological testing) by membrane filtration technique.
2. To perform microbiological environmental monitoring of clean area and interpret the obtained data.
3. Able to perform isolation and identification of microorganisms.
4. Having knowledge of basic microbiological technique such as aseptic handling, sanitization technique etc
5. Able to perform Microbiological limit test and method suitability testing of Microbial Limit test as per ICH harmonized procedure.
6. Have capability of preparation of culture media and able to perform quality testing including growth promotion test of prepared media.
7. Able to perform the testing of Bio-burden sample by membrane filtration technique.
8. Person should have knowledge for safe de-contamination of used media and articles.
2. Quality Assurance (OSD) (IPQA,LAB- QA/Doc Cell)
Designation: Executive/Sr. Executive/Assistant ManagerQualification: B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm
Experience: 02 to 08 years
Desired Profile :
1. To review the analysis records in-line with GLP/ cGMP compliance
2. To review method transfer/validation/verification protocols and reports
3. To review process validation, miscellaneous and investigation study protocol and reports
4. To approve COAs of Raw-Materials, Packaging Materials, in- process samples, finished products and stability samples in LIMS and manual system
5. Area and Equipment Line Clearance which involves:
6. Verification of Environmental condition - Verification of cleaning
7. Verification of BMR up to previous stage and other relevant documents
8. Verification of Special requirement (if any).--LOD /OVI sampling and testing
3. Manufacuturing (Tablet/Capsules)

Experience: 01 to 05 years

1. Candidate should have experience in Solid Oral Granulation, Compression, Coating, Packing, Capsule filling,blister packing,cvc bottle line,
2. The candidate with good communication and inter-personal skills, computer knowledge and exposure to cGMP/GLP, knowledge and understanding of Regulatory Requirement is essential.
4. Quality Assurance(Injectable/Parenteral - IPQA-Injectable

Exp: 02- 06 Yrs
Desired Profile :
1. Responsible for review of BMR / BPR
2. Give Line clearance at shop floor
3. Monitoring of different sample collections
4. Responsible for reserve sample management, annual review etc
5. Responsible for tracking stability sample collection as per protocol.
5. Sterile Manufacturing ( Injectable unit /Parenteral Unit)

Experience: 02 to 08 years

1. To observe & follow all rules and regulations of the production department.
Must be from Parenteral background
2. To be aware and responsible for achieving quality objective and fulfilling the requirements of the quality of the company service by means of applicable quality procedures.
3. Completion of all the records related to production injection area.
Verify the Qty, Lot no, Mfg & Expiry date of the Raw Material at the time of dispensing & before Batch Manufacturing.
4. BMR completion of Filling, Lyo loading & Unloading & Sealing of vials.
5. Check for pH of Bulk & Assay before Filtration start.
6. Check for fill volume at proper interval of filling activity
6. Engineering (Parenteral/OSD)
Designation: Officer/OperatorsQualification: Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical / ITI / B.E
Experience: 2 to 10 years
Desired Profile :
1. Candidate should have experience in HVAC/BMS/ Water system & Plant maintenance.
2. Candidate should have pharma background experience only.
The candidate with good communication and inter personal skills, computer knowledge and exposure to cGMP/GLP Knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirement is essential.
