Qualification : Bsc / B.Pharm

Knowledge :

• Review of Specification and standard test procedures.
• Issuance of green sheet/ test protocols to the analyst.
• To perform investigation during any incidence, deviation etc.
• To initiate analyst and reviewers qualification as per procedure

(B) Department : IPQA

Position : Executive / Asst. Manager

 Experience : 5 to 7 Years

Qualification :  B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Knowledge :

• Granulation , Compression, Coating, Packing process  Parameters  knowledge, Check, verification and online review exposure . 
• Experience in handling of Incidence , Deviation and Change control, CAPA implementation , Training exposure, Effective coordination and communication , related deviation , incidence , change control , CAPA , Audit observations ,review and remediation, knows Validation sampling /execution , know qualification of equipments /area.
• Implemtation of APQR online. Line clearance. Compliance in other allied areas .

(C) Department : Lab QA

Position : Executive / Asst. Manager

Experience : 5 to 7 Years

Qualification : B.Sc / M.Sc (Chemistry) or  B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Knowledge : 

• GLP ,
• Stability / control sample , 
• Shop floor  GLP   management 21 CFR part 11 compliance, related deviation incidence, Change control
• CAPA Audit observations ,review and remediation.

(D) Department :  IPQA (Mfg. + Packing) Incharge

Position : Officer / Executive

Experience : 3 to 5 Years

Qualification :  B.Pharm / M.Pharm

Knowledge : 

In Manufacturing IPQA : 

• Dispensing ,Granulation  , Compression , Coating   process  Parameters  knowledge , Check  verification and online review exposure .

Knowledge : 

• To ensure safe working condition on shop floor for man and material and adherence to health, safety, and environment policy of company.
• To co-ordinate Raw material warehouse activity with section head and Department head.
• To deal with planning, administration and general management issues.
• Responsible for receipt, storage, issuance and accounting of material.
• Co-ordination with unit planning, export coordinator, production, quality assurance, quality control and other Departments for effective functioning of warehouse.
• To ensure that the production planning objectives are met as per schedule and productivity target are met.
• To ensure compliance with respect to supply chain management.
• To ensure that all operation are carried out as per laid down quality standard specifications and current good manufacturing practices and associated codes.
• Responsible for cleaning and sanitation of the area and equipment of warehouse.
• Keeping stock control system up-to-date and planning future capacity requirement.
• Preparation, updation and authorization of written procedure and other documents.
• Advice on secure placement and handling of raw material.
• Preparation of GR and data entry in SAP for transaction done.
• Carry out unit operation studies.

• Insuring that product is pass or fail, labeling if the product is pass or fail. 
• Fill Product release request form, for collect quantity from packing section to store reserve sample and Dispatch.

(L) Department : Engineering

Position : Fitter cum Welder (Argon)

Experience :  Minimum 6 month

Qualification :   ITI

Knowledge : 

• Expert on Industrial fabrication processes like

4. -- Quality checking of fabricated materials as per standards

(M) Department : HR

Position : Trainee HR

Experience :  Fresher

(N) Department : Packing

Position : Incharge

Experience :  2 years

Qualification :   B.Pharm

Knowledge : 

• Supervision of area and co-ordination with other departments
• Line clearance for new product or new batch of same product.
• Maintenance of day to day record.
• Manpower requirement on daily basis.
• Preparation of monthly plan according to planning meeting.
• Co-ordinate with export department and other department like packaging development, PRC, etc… for execution of export order.
• Preparation of master BPR and raising of packing work order as per export order requirement.

(O) Department : Packing

Position : Manager

Experience :  8 to 9years

Qualification :   B.Pharm

Knowledge :

• Total responsibility of packing related functions.
• Allocation of workmen on packing line in co-ordination with line officers and Engineers.
• Preparation of monthly plan according to planning meeting .
• Completing production schedule as per the plan with optimum utilization of resources (Man & Machine).
• Monitoring of daily activities in packing department in order to achieve the plan.
• Planning of manpower requirement.
• Procurement of spares, accessories and new equipments and machines of packing.
• Monitoring of preventive maintenance schedules and annual maintenance schedule of various packing machines like blister pack machine, cartonator , ink jet printer, etc.
• Conducting training program for Officers, Machine operator and workmen.
• Deviation handling and complaint investigation.
• Handing of rejects, on line rejections during packing operations and return goods.
• Handling of Standard Packing Material specification.
• Preparation of packing lists of various export consignment.
• Preparation of departmental SOP’s with implementation and training of same.
•  Preparation of Qualifications and re-qualifications of different equipments and areas.
• Preparations of master protocol and reports of routine and non-routine validations and perform these validations.
• Perform unit operation study related to packing activities.
• To raise CER’s of various equipments and accessories required for packing department. To raise and approve the indent of material required for the department.
• Co-ordination with other departments like stores , engineering , tablet, capsule, quality control, quality assurance.
• Control of daily production output.
• Follow up with purchase department for procurement of equipment, spares, accessories and new machines.
•  Suggestions for development in packing department in order to reduce the man power and do the automation.
• To handle and to perform any other assignment allocated by unit head.
• Change part ordering and co-ordination  for new requirement
• Maintaining online documentation of B. P. R and logbook entries.
• Manpower utilization along with production schedule.
• Strictly monitoring of production and daily output.
• To co-ordinate with various functional departments (Q.A), (Q.C), maintenance, store, production dept., administration for smooth functioning of department.
• To get work schedule for a week from team leader and planning for day to day work.
• Calibration of in-process equipments.
