METHOD OF PREPARATION:

Dissolve 0.4 gm of lead [II] nitrate in sufficient water containing 2 ml of nitric acid to produce 250 ml.

[Store this solution at room temperature in Borosil glass bottles with well-fitted suitable stopper.]
