Job Description:
• Candidate must have minimum 5 – 6 years experience with strong communication skill.
• Experience in overseas client facing support for at least two years, US/UK preferred.
• Candidate must diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware problems remotely, proficient in and remote management and help desk support.
• Telephonic desktop support, Outlook configuration & troubleshooting, user and group creation, Network printer installation, troubleshooting Shared & NTFS Permissions, AV management, software & driver installation, backup & recovery, VPN configuration.
• He / She must resolve start up and login problems, desktop performance and optimization, resolving browser and internet connection, Wi-Fi issues, troubleshooting DNS & DHCP issues.
