METHOD OF PREPARATION: 

Dissolve 5.4 g of ammonium chloride in 20 ml of distilled water, add 35 ml of 10M ammonia and dilute with Water to 100 ml.

[Store this solution at room temperature in Borosil glass bottles with well-fitted suitable stopper.]
