We are having following positions in Quality Control department of Zydus Biologics (ZB) based at Ahmedabad
Executive/Sr. Executive
Quality Control – Physico Chemical
M.Sc/M.Pharm /B-Tech/M Tech with 2-5 years of hands on experience of handling equipment & tests such as Reverse phase HPLC, Size exclusion chromatography, Ion exchange chromatography, Glycon Analysis, Gel Electrophoresis/SDS PAGE Analysis, IEF, Osmolality, HCP/HCD, Spectroscopy. Must have experience of Analysis of Fermentation Biotechnology based complex molecules (Biosimilars, Therapeutic proteins and peptides).
Quality Control – Bioassay
M.Sc/M.Pharm /B-Tech/M Tech with 2-5 years of hands on experience in executing of in-vitro cell based bioassays by Proliferation assays, Cytotoxicity assays, Apoptosis assay, Cytopathic assay, Receptor – ligand binding assay, Kinetic assays, Mycoplasma testing and Cell bank preparation.
For all the positions, candidate having exposure to regulatory requirement of documentation and cGMP/GLP is essential.

We invite candidates for the position of Plant Operator based at Ahmedabad for our Fill and Finish Production Department of Zydus Biologics (ZB) based at Ahmedabad
Plant Operators
Fill and Finish Production – Aseptic and Lyo Operators
I.T.I / Diploma with 3-5 years of hands on experience in operations of vial line, PFS line filling machine. Responsible for assembling of the vial filling machine, sealing machine and PFS filling machine. Basic knowledge on media fill and aseptic practices is must.
Fill and Finish Packing
I.T.I / Diploma with 3-5 years of hands on experience in any of below mentioned Machines:
· Automatic visual inspection machine/ Brevetti/ Automatic inspection of PFS/ Automatic inspection of vials
· Automatic Leak Testing Machine/ Bonfiglioli / Automatic leak test for PFS/ Automatic leak test for vials
· Plunger rod insertion cum labelling machine/ Automatic PFS labelling / Automatic plunger insertion in PFS/
· Safety device insertion cum labelling machine / Automatic Preventis insertion / Automatic labelling on Preventis or Safety device.
· Track and Trace/ Online barcoding / ACG barcoding.
· Automated Secondary packing machine/ Optima or Groninger packing machine.

1. Position: Jr. Executive / Executive
Department: Generic Formulation Production & Packing Operator
Job Description: Candidate should be Diploma / B.Sc / B.Pharm with 1-4 years of relevant experience in OSD Formulation manufacturing & packing. Should have exposure in handling operation of granulation equipment’s, compression machine (both high containment and standard), coating, bottle & blister packing machine, secondary packing and CPIR system. Sound knowledge in cGMP. Pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory.
2. Position: Sr. Executive
Department: Generic Formulation Production & Packing Line Supervisor
Job Description: Candidate should be B.Sc / B.Pharm/ M.Sc / M.Pharm with 5-7 years of relevant experience in OSD Formulation Facility. Should be able to handle process challenges and have experience in supervising the OSD manufacturing and packing line independently for regulated market. Well versed with cGMP. Pharmaceutical industry experience mandatory.
3. Position: Asst. Manager
Department: Generic Formulation Production & Packing Shift Supervisor
Job Description: Candidate should be B.Sc / B.Pharm/ M.Sc / M.Pharm with 8-10 years of relevant experience in OSD Formulation facility. Should be capable of managing the entire shift operations independently. Well versed with cGMP. Previous experience working with regulated OSD facility would be preferred.
Note: All positions are for Bangalore location only. All positions would require working in shifts.
