What are the types of non-compliances in the internal audit?


 Non-compliances on internal audits shall be categorized as follows:

Critical: 

Those findings that warrant stoppage of any further operations in the facility until the corrective actions have been completed. The findings those are essential to rectify to carry out the manufacturing process.

 Major: 

Those findings that require immediate corrective action plan and compliance although operations can be continued.

Minor: 

Those findings that require corrective action plan as agreed between the Auditee Department Head and Quality Assurance.
