the responsibility of the Forensic Science Laboratories and they (FSLs) are legally responsible for the test reports. Subcontracting should be placed with a laboratory complying with ISO/IEC 17025:2005 requirements. A register should be maintained of all such subcontractors and sub-contracted services.
